Payment is expected within 3 days. If for any reason you cannot meet this deadline please contact me.
Your item will be shipped once payment is cleared.

---Shipping---
Once payment is cleared your item will be shipped. Which usually is same day if not next day shipping. I ship via USPS First Class Mail, so if everything goes correctly your item should arrive quickly within the USA.
I do combine shipping.
If you purchase 5 or more sets, please contact me for a shipping total. Depending on your order quanity, it may be cheaper to ship VIA a flat rate box.
Please keep in mind, that poker chips make the charms weigh more compared to other charms, so shipping is a little higher. All items are wrapped in bubble wrap for shipment.
Things can happen during shipment that are out of my control. If something does happen to your item either it be broken, damaged, or misplaced, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, this issue most likely can be resolved.
*****International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
---Refunds and Exchanges---
I ensure that every item is photographed & described honestly and accurately as possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied returns will accepted. You must contact me first before returning item.
Custom sets are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final for custom sets.
The item must me sent back within 7 days of marked shipped date, in an unused, orginal, and resaleable condition. Once item is recieved back to me, a refund will be issued. It is the buyers responsiblity to pay any return shipping charges.
If there is a problem please contact me before leaving negative feedback. A solution can always be found.
---Additional Policies and FAQs---
Please keep in mind that there may be color differences due to how your monitor displays an item.
Also, as each item is handmade, you may notice slight differences in the items photographed in the shop. If you make multiple purchases, you will see that they are vary slightly from one another as well.
*****CUSTOM SETS*****
If you would like addtional sets or custom chip sets, they are available for only the adds that have the custom option.
EX: if you would like all 10 charms to be of one denomination or only certain denominations in chips, or even only certain bead colors. Just let me know and I can create them for you!
Custom chip combinations are for the chips listed in the add for sale. Please let me know before you purchase if you would like additional sets or a custom set. I ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING!
